On the morning of October 31, a three-member delegation led by Stephen Vella, Rector of Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology, paid an exchange visit to Beijing Polytechnic University. Chen Jiangfeng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the university, received the visiting group.

Chen Jiangfeng introduced to the visitors the overall development of the university and the achievements in international cooperation and exchanges. Stephen Vella, Rector of Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology, shared an overview of his institution, expressed gratitude for the warm reception, and sincerely invited a delegation from Beijing Polytechnic University to visit Malta at a convenient time. Vella expressed hope for pragmatic cooperation with the university in areas such as curriculum co-development, junior college students' articulation to undergraduate programs, and joint scientific research, aiming to jointly explore new models of international educational cooperation and contribute to the prosperity and development of China-Malta international education. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation matters including program development, credit transfer, and students' overseas studies, and reached consensus.

After the forum, the visiting delegation from Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology visited the training facilities of the School of Automotive Engineering and the School of Aeronautical Engineering.

Relevant personnel from the Division of International Cooperation &Exchange (Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs), School of Integrated Circuits (Artificial Intelligence), School of Aeronautical Engineering, and School of Automotive Engineering participated in the event.
